Lighting the oven is simple thanks to a high-flow downdraft system, designed to circulate air and quickly reach cooking temperatures up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven door features a small peephole to check on foods as they cook, without letting heat out. The oven also has a built-in thermometer to keep and eye on cooking temperatures, as well as a removable chimney for portability.
