You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our end (see the "Return Shipping" section for additional details).
For returns within 30 days of purchase, if the box is opened, we charge a 15% restocking fee. If the item is opened and item used, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
