The Oven is made of durable powder-coated steel and has a double-walled oven, fire blanket insulation, and a thick 12mm cordierite baking stone floor for ideal heat retention. An easy-load firebox allows you to bake using your favorite wood chunks, wood chips, pellets, charcoal briquettes, or lump charcoal.
Lighting the oven is simple thanks to a high-flow downdraft system, designed to circulate air and quickly reach cooking temperatures up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven door features a small peephole to check on foods as they cook, without letting the heat out. The oven also has a built-in thermometer to keep an eye on cooking temperatures, as well as a removable chimney for portability. Start baking out of the box with the included Peel. Fully adjustable heat allows for cooking several styles of pizza including artisan, premade, and frozen pizzas.
