About the Electric Hot Plate:

It provides a variety of cooking options such as grilling, toasting, frying, etc. Cooking is faster—just plug in the electric hot plate, and it takes 3-4 minutes to start BBQing. The taste is unique, as the glass-ceramic technology allows you to grill juicy, delicious food while retaining nutrition. All electric components and heated elements are hidden under glass with insulated protection.
With food grilling on glass ceramics, food can be gently browned at a controlled temperature without any hot embers or extra fat left on the food.
