About the PRO-STAC Under Cabinet Range Hood:
Crown Professional PRO-STAC is a 30 inches stainless steel under cabinet range hood specially designed with Hi-Speed and Ultra Quiet 6 speeds motors. The twin motors revolving in opposite directions help to reduce noise and increase suction. The six levels of exhaust power allow the user to suit different styles of cooking, reduce the noise and improve the efficiency of energy use.
The chosen level of extraction is indicated by an Intelligent LED light, to make it easier to know what level has been chosen. An embedded Micro control system remembers the last level chosen, even after the under cabinet range hood power has been turned off. Levels 1 or 2 are used for steaming, Stewing, braising, Slimmer, Boil level 3 or 4 are used for Fry, Middle Fry, Moderate Fire. Levels 5 or 6 are used for Deep frying and Stir-Fry with the highest heat.
Features steam clean function, which turns water into steam to dissolve cold grease that has solidified inside the hood. Once dissolved, water is sprayed to get your under cabinet range hood completely clean. The grease collection pan and cups can be removed, washed, and put back. The Vent style is round 6" in diameter, top outlet.
The fan blades are coated with Teflon, thus separating grease from the air and depositing it in removable cups for easy cleaning. Touch Screen LED Display with remote control for your ease.
